OMG! im in the process of dying my hairr.. something bad happened?

your not gonna lose your hair. Don't worry. Those little bottles are made cheaply. I have helped dye my wife's hair and I have squeezed too hard on the bottle and they have broken before. And the foam? That depends on which dye you're using. I'm sure you will be fine.
