Is there anything to worry about with a Superchip?

well i am getting a truck aat the end of the month and we are using it too move from alaska to idaho. we want to get a Dodge w/Cummins diesel. i was wanting to put in a superchip to boost HP, MPG, and torque. is there anything to worry about? like the tranny? or anything else?
