You should just straight up ask her to hang out. She's waiting for it. All girls (well, all people) are waiting for the other to make a first move. If you don't make a first move, you most likely never will. It's scary, I know! I face this same problem. But I asked my guy friend to hang out with me over the weekend and now we're totally cool.
