Does my I phone 4 have a virus?

Ok my iPhone 4 won't let me save alot of pictures or videos. For example my friend sent me some pictures, and when I try to save them everything is normal till I go to my photos and I see they are not there. So I tired to turn my phone off then back on and it does the same thing. I've tried to save multiple pictures and it seems to happen on most of them. I've only successfully saved one images. Also I've tried to do the screenshot thing where you press the sleep and home button aat the same time and it doesn't even take the picture. When I try to record videos or take pictures and I try to view them it keeps saying "saving" and it never ends. So does my iPhone 4 have a virus and if it does how can I fix it. Or is it something else? Like is there an update I've missed and I need to download. This started a couple of days ago maybe one week ago. Sorry for any possible mistakes I've made while I typed this question I'm doing it on my phone.
