Job vacancy but i don't have all the qualifications, should i still apply?

I have seen a job vacancy that i'm interested in but it says" Ideally AAT (Association of Accounting Technician) qualified (or studying for) " I do not have this but have worked in accounts offices. Do you think i should apply?
