How can i help my cousin ?

WELL SHE has so many problems and she wont tell anybody. she has problems at school and cuting and plans to kill herself. she has a school pyhscologist and school counselors. and she goes to saysandiego but her counselor there dosent really help her and i dont see improvement. my cousin's name is alex. she has huge trusting issues. she wont trust anyone. she told me that everyone she tried to trust at her school she kinda a lil bit trusted but they dont care and let her down. i dont know what to do like she hates her mom and her mom knoes that she cuts but my cousin made excuses that her friends did it to her to get out of class. what do i do now? i cant seem to get thru to her. she has a drinkin problem and she's only 11 or 12 or 13. idk but she smokes and is there a way where i can email a place so they can come to her school and talk to her. like can i email them so i can be anonymous. maybe they can talk to her school counselors and set up dates where they can meet. with her. and also at school i found out that one of her teachers is finding every mistake to get her *** in trouble. i didnt beleve her aat first but she got down to tears and cried bout it. and my cousin is a really badass she never really cares bout gettin suspended but when she got suspended by this teacher she seemed to really care. so is there a website whhere i can ask them to visit her at school and talk to her?
