Boy trouble plzz helpp!!!?

ok so this guy i like, i dont know if he likes me or not, and i dont reall wanna ask him myself...see the thing is he's my ex-boyfriend too, see i was the one that dumped him a week after his sister hooked us up, all my friends say we make an adorable couple, we are so alike, we think alike and act the same. we are the same height and everytime I ask anyone who i'd look cute with they all say the same person...him, he is so sweet and nice. i dont know any other guy thats this nice to me. Ok so i was goin to the movies with my best friend, and that night he asked me of i was goin to the movies...i said yes...and he said he was coming with his friend but he seemed like he really didnt care when his friend was a no show..so he sat next to me..when we sat down he ask me if i wanted anything...anything at all, at first i said no but i wanted an excuse to talk to my best friend about him so i asked for some cadny, but he said if u want it u have to come with me, so i went with him, we waited there for like a half an hour just to get candy for me...we toook our seats and he was leaning in towards me the whole time and i was leaning towards him.... we talked like a lot of the movie, and it was amazing and i said i had to o and unexpectedly he grabbed my arm and gave me a big hug...this was like in november...ok and like aat the beginning of december he texts me and asks me if im goin to the movies tonight...i say cant im babysitting,and he says "ohh...ok..noo its ok :/" then i said maybe next week for my birthday and hes like "yea maybe!" and well we didnt do go tho, but i mean we talk in school sometimes he says hey to me in the hall way..and luckily hes on my bus too but we never talk on the bus...but last week my friend told him we made a cute couple and he say...i dont re-date and that got me all upset but the pther day he was acting oddly friendly to me and talkin to me like he never got a text from my friend...and he came up to me too....i need advice on wat i should do...plzz help...and do u think he likes me?
